Michael is a former Head of HR for two international organizations and have spent a significant portion of his career working overseas. He has managed large scale employee engagement programs and spoken widely on Happiness at Work, Well-being and Positive Psychology. Michael has been a guest speaker at Wellness at Work events, a panel expert on employee engagement and has conducted lectures, team-buildings and focus group sessions in Canada, the UAE, Qatar, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
