We are a non-profit organization aiming to address and help combat the subjects of poverty and education on a both local and global scheme, through our specialty programs, case contests, workshop series, conferences and fundraising events. HeartoHeart has been created out of necessity and with great care. We are a group of selfless and passionate souls who want to explore the unfortunate things happening around us, educate and inspire our children,  and connect one heart to another to help bring positive change.
